Founded in 1952, Foreign Languages Press is China's largest externally-oriented international publishing group of works in multiple languages. The publishing house focuses on the compilation, translation, publication and distribution of leaders' works, Party and government documents, books on China's national condition and contemporary themes, as well as Chinese literature, cultural works, and classic academic texts. 

It has published four volumes of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China."
