China Center for International Communication Development

Founded in 1988, the China Center for International Communication Development (CCICD) focuses on the publication of books for international readers and making innovations in global communication. The center was restructured in 2021 in accordance with the requirements for global communication in the new era.

The CCICD focuses on introducing and promoting Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to overseas audiences, expediting the digital publication of books and magazines in multiple languages. The center coordinates the editing, translation, publishing and promotion of key documents of the CPC and the country. It organizes events and programs which help boost international communication of the high-level visits and diplomatic activities of Party and state leaders. It also designs and implements international communication agendas and topics that are related to the branding of both Party and country.
