Dolphin Books was established in 1986. It is a publishing house specializing in children's books and educational and humanities books, aiming to better deliver China’s stories to young people in China and around the world.

Dolphin Books focuses on publishing multi-language books in the fields of children's books, education, and humanities, and undertakes national key publishing projects. It carries out international cooperation, and builds overseas editorial departments of China-themed books. It also holds cultural exchange activities, establishes a cultural and creative product brand and develops such products.
