CICG attends 32nd Beijing International Book Fair

China International Communications Group (CICG) took part in the 32nd Beijing International Book Fair at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from June 17-21.

Together with its affiliated entities, including the China International Book Trading Corporation as well as seven publishing houses and translation and distribution organizations, CICG showcased more than 1,000 titles. Foreign-language publications accounted for over 70% of the display, spanning more than 30 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic, and Korean.

The booth also featured culturally inspired intellectual properties and merchandise based on book content, including illustrations from the classic Chinese novel "Dream of the Red Chamber," designs inspired by the 24 solar terms, and creative products featuring the Monkey King.

During the book fair, CICG held a series of promotional and launch events highlighting publishing innovation, international cooperation, and cultural exchange.

CICG also held extensive discussions with publishing partners from around the world and engaged with distributors and clients through a wide range of exchanges. The efforts resulted in a series of cooperation agreements and copyright deals with partners around the world.
