CICG attends 30th Beijing International Book Fair

China International Communications Group (CICG) attended the 30th Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF) at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from June 19 to 23. 

CICG showcased nearly 3,900 books during the event. More than 60% of these books are in foreign languages such as English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic, and Korean. The books cover diverse fields such as traditional Chinese culture, literature, history, and children's books.

CICG also dedicated a specialized area for important works by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, including "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China," "Selected Readings from the Works of Xi Jinping," among others.

On June 19, CICG's President Du Zhanyuan, Vice President Liu Dawei, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief Chen Shi visited the CICG booth at the book fair.

Through the exhibition, CICG aims to provide books for the international community to understand China, leverage its advantages in international publication to promote mutual learning among civilizations, and present a credible, lovable, and respectable image of China to the rest of the world.
