CICG president meets guests from Malaysian Chinese Association
A delegation of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), led by its Secretary-General Chong Sin Woon, visited China International Communications Group (CICG) on Tuesday. The delegation was received by CICG President Du Zhanyuan.

Du said this year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, presenting new opportunities for deepening cultural exchange.
He emphasized CICG's solid foundation of cooperation with various Malaysian institutions and encouraged further collaboration among the organizations of both countries.
Du also highlighted the potential for enhanced cooperation between CICG and the MCA in international publishing, media, think tanks, and youth dialogues.

Chong said that China and Malaysia share cultural ties and geographical proximity, offering immense potential for cooperation.
He said that the MCA aims to further promote collaboration with CICG in areas such as publishing, think tank, and translation, and to jointly establish a platform facilitating cultural exchange between the youth of both countries.
The MCA, founded in 1949, is a political party in Malaysia seeking to represent the Malaysian Chinese community.
