CICG to deepen cooperation with Thai think tank on Xi's books

A signing ceremony between China International Communications Group (CICG) and the Belt and Road Cooperation Research Center in Thailand was held in Bangkok, Thailand, on Tuesday. 

The two organizations will deepen cooperation on the translation and publication work of the third volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" as well as Xi's book on poverty relief "Up and Out of Poverty."

CICG Vice President Liu Dawei attended the event. 

Foreign Languages Press under CICG signed contracts with the Thai research center on translation and revision services regarding the two books.

Prior to the event, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on cooperative projects centering on the Belt and Road initiative. Liu also presented English versions of the four volumes of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" as gifts to the research center. 

The Belt and Road Cooperation Research Center in Thailand is a national-level high-end think tank, playing a pioneering role in promoting Belt and Road cooperation between think tanks of the two countries.
