CICG president meets Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat delegation

Du Zhanyuan, president of China International Communications Group (CICG), met with Lee Hee-sup, secretary-general of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS), and Zushi Shuji and Yan Liang, deputy secretary-generals of the TCS, in Beijing on Oct. 26. 

Du said that China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea are inseparable neighbors. The trilateral cooperation offers a strong boost to the peace, stability, and prosperity of Asia. Having maintained a close contact with the TCS, CICG has cooperated with the organization in areas such as people-to-people exchange and international communication, and fostered trilateral friendships. He expected further cooperation with the TCS in media, think tank, publishing, and youth exchange to further promote the cooperation of the three countries.

Lee Hee-sup expressed his gratitude to CICG's support for the TCS, and recognized CICG's important role in promoting trilateral friendships. He pledged further efforts to cooperate with CICG in making greater contribution in this regard.
