China International Communications Group (CICG) attended the 2023 Tianfu Book Fair held from Oct. 13 to 16 in Chengdu, Sichuan province.

Liu Dawei, vice president of CICG, addressed a publication exchange event about the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) at the opening day of the book fair. He said CICG has made continuous efforts in publication related to the BRI and promoted international publication cooperation in this regard. Liu shared CICG's experience in spreading China's voice, publishing flagship BRI-themed books, and improving international cooperation mechanisms.

CICG is ready to work with domestic and international publication partners to make greater contributions to boosting cultural and people-to-people exchanges along the Belt and Road route, Liu said.

It was the first time CICG had participated on site in the Tianfu Book Fair.
