Forum on Chinese culture held in Beijing

The 2023 Forum on International Communication of Chinese Culture took place in Beijing on Friday.

The forum, with the theme of "implementing the global civilizations initiative towards greater progress of human civilizations," attracted nearly 400 personages from the cultural and international communication sectors.

Participants vowed to do their part to advance building a modern Chinese civilization, facilitate the communication and mutual learning among civilizations, promote people-to-people exchanges, and contribute Chinese wisdom to the development and progress of human civilizations.

Hao Mingjin, vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and President of the Academy of Chinese Culture, attended the forum and delivered a speech.

The forum was co-hosted by China International Communications Group, the Academy of Chinese Culture, and the Beijing Foreign Studies University.
