CICG president meets head of South Africa's government training academy

The meeting was held ahead of the 15th BRICS Summit in South Africa, where CICG and the NSG will collaborate to host the 2023 BRICS Seminar on Governance and Cultural Exchange Forum.

Du highlighted the important role of BRICS countries in the international community. He also expressed his hope for deepening cooperation with the NSG in areas such as enhancing think tanks collaborations, promoting publications, and fostering cultural exchanges.

Ngcaweni commended CICG for its expertise and achievements in international communication. He noted that the NSG is an institution that provides education and training for public servants in South Africa, and expressed his desire for the NSG to collaborate with CICG in various areas.

Representatives from the Department of International Cooperation of CICG and the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies were also present at the meeting.
