CICG announces best international communication books of 2022
China International Communications Group (CICG) recently released its list of best international communication books in 2022.
A total of 24 books and book series in four categories made the list, including foreign language books, Chinese books, export of book copyrights, and works through international cooperative publishing.
Published by Foreign Languages Press, the book "China's Rural Revitalization: The Gansu Experience" was written by a foreign expat living in China, helping the international community to learn more about China's poverty alleviation work.

"I'm going to Xinjiang" is an English-language book published by the New World Press. It presents the stories of nearly 30 people from different countries and nationalities chasing their dreams in Xinjiang. The book presents the warmth, friendliness, and inclusiveness of the people in Xinjiang through those personal stories.

In the category of Chinese books of 2022, "The Biography of Quanzhou," published by Foreign Languages Press, provides a panoramic picture of the natural and cultural landscapes of the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road.

Two books have been included in the list of excellent works in the export of book copyrights of 2022.
"Chinese Flash Fiction" is a collection of short stories published by the New World Press. This book has been translated into over 10 languages including English, Russian, Turkish, Korean, and French, reflecting the thriving development of short stories in China.

Two books have been awarded as excellent international cooperative publishing works of 2022.
The Macedonian version of "Big-Head Son and Small-Head Father" published by Dolphin Books has gained popularity among North Macedonian readers. It has been selected as a primary school textbook in North Macedonia, serving as a bridge to promote exchange and mutual learning between China and North Macedonia.
