CICG to attend 35th Beijing Book Fair

China International Communications Group (CICG) will attend the 35th Beijing Book Fair to be held at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing's Chaoyang district on Feb. 24-26.

Seven publishing houses under CICG will bring to the event more than 2,000 books, including books by China's national leaders, teaching materials, classic literature, and children's books.

Two book launch ceremonies will be held on the afternoon of Feb. 24. The "China Today" book series centering on Chinese culture will be introduced to the public. Famous Chinese writer Cao Wenxuan's books for children, including English and French versions of his book "Mom is a Tree," will also be on display.

In addition, a promotional session of the "Monkey King" series and a sharing session of serial picture books will be held on the morning of Feb. 25.
