Winners of 2022 Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Design Award announced
The winners of the 2022 Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Design Award were announced recently. The bamboo weaving work "ECHO" by Wang Yinzhe won the Grand Jury Prize.

The competition, composed of a poster design track and a bamboo and rattan weaving track, received nearly 1,000 entries from the six Lancang-Mekong countries, namely, China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
Among them, two entries won first prize of the tracks respectively, 10 entries won second prize, and 20 pieces won third prize, and another 60 were awarded as Excellent Works. The detailed list is available on www.lmcda.org.cn.
The competition was co-organized by the China Center for International Communication Development under China International Communications Group, the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization, the Central Academy of Fine Arts of China, and other universities in China, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, among others, with the support from a special Lancang-Mekong fund of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
